Contact and appointment details you submit: name, phone number, email address, age, gender, preferred branch, doctor and the reason for your visit.
Account information if you register for the patient portal, including your profile details and the medical reports, prescriptions and invoices our clinical team issues to you.
Messages you send through the contact form, newsletter sign-ups and ambulance requests.
Basic technical data such as page views, device type and referring page, used only to understand how the website is used.
3. How we use your information
To confirm, reschedule or cancel appointments and to contact you about your visit.
To make your reports, prescriptions and invoices available inside your patient portal account.
To respond to enquiries, ambulance requests and feedback.
To send the health newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
To keep the website secure and improve the pages people use most.
5. How your data is protected
Access to patient records is restricted by role: patients see only their own records, doctors see the patients assigned to them, and administrative access is limited to authorised staff.

Staff accounts are individually identifiable and sensitive administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
6. How long we keep it
